Outback King Hat Raffle Mechanics

To be in the running, simply place an order of $500 or more during the promotional period. Each eligible order gets one automatic entry into the raffle.

• Eligibility & Entry:

  • Open to all Australian residents.

  • Place a valid order of minimum $500 or up during the promotional period.

  • Each eligible order receives one automatic entry. Multiple entries are permitted for multiple eligible orders.

• Prize Details: One (1) Outback King Para Panama Cool Hand Hexagon hat. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

• Prize Draw: The draw will take place on September 30, 2025, at the Outback Traders Australia office.

• Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via email and phone by September 30, 2025. The winner must claim the prize within two weeks.

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter The Promoter is Outback Traders Australia (Fine Nature Pty. Ltd.) ABN 15 611 073 931, located at 477 Maroondah Hwy, Ringwood, 3134.

2. Eligibility Entry is open to all Australian residents who have made a valid purchase from Outback Traders Australia during the Promotional Period. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.

3. Promotional Period The Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on August 15, 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on September 16, 2025. The draw will take place on September 30, 2025, at the Promoter’s office.

4. Entry Conditions Entry is free with any valid purchase of minimum $500 or up made during the Promotional Period. Each eligible order equals one automatic entry into the draw. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is tied to a separate eligible order.

5. Prize There is one (1) prize consisting of an Outback King Para Panama Cool Hand Hexagon hat. The prize will be awarded to the customer and will be shipped to the provided delivery address. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other items.

6. Winner Selection & Notification The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on September 30, 2025. The winner will be contacted via email & phone by September 30, 2025, and must claim the prize within 2 weeks. If unclaimed, the prize will be forfeited or, at the Promoter’s discretion, redrawn. The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website and social media accounts once announced and as authorized by the winner.

7. Unclaimed Prize If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 72 hours of the draw date, the prize will be redrawn. The redraw (if necessary) will take place after 72 hours, and the new winner will be notified in the same manner.

8. General Conditions All entries are subject to verification by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, or engages in any unlawful or improper conduct. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications that may arise from the prize. Independent financial advice should be sought. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if circumstances beyond its control make it unavoidable.

9. Privacy Entrants’ personal information will be collected, stored, and used by the Promoter solely for the purposes of conducting this Promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.  By entering, entrants consent to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes without compensation, if they are the winner.

10. Governing Law This Promotion is conducted under the laws of Queensland, Australia and is subject to the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (QLD).
