Standard Shipping on all orders (Exclude Swags) under $200 is $15*

EXPRESS POST OPTION IS ALSO AVAILABLE AT THE CHECKOUT FOR $25* (Exclude Swags)

Delivery is subject to stock availability and payment authorization. All orders are shipped with Australia Post

All orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding National and QLD public holidays

Orders will be dispatched the next business day, unless specified and subject to stocks availability.

Swags are not available to be shipped internationally.

UNITED STATES ORDERS

For all United States orders, an additional import duty/tax of approximately 10% will be applied. This is a U.S. import duty/tax imposed by U.S. Customs, collected by the postal service or courier, and calculated based on the order value, and this charge must be covered by the customer.

UPDATE: UNITED STATES ORDERS & TARIFFS

Effective Immediately: Due to recent changes in U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations and Australia Post's updated international service terms, all orders shipped to the United States may be subject to stricter tariff evaluations.

  • Import Duties: While many orders under $800 USD have historically entered duty-free, the U.S. government has increased enforcement on specific textile and leather goods. Please be advised that an import duty/tax (typically around 10% but subject to change) may be applied to your order.

  • Customer Responsibility: These charges are imposed by U.S. Customs, collected by the postal service or courier, and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • No Refunds on Refused Parcels: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties, original shipping fees and return-to-sender costs will not be refunded.


PARCEL TRACKING

A dispatch confirmation email is sent when your order is packed. At the time of dispatch an order update email will advise you that the tracking number has been added to your order. As your parcel is processed through Australia Post you will be emailed tracking links via the Australia Post tracking system please use the link https://auspost.com.au/track

Our shipping method is “signature required”. If you would like the courier to be given “Authority To Leave” the parcel at your address please message us or add a note to your order or make this change when your tracking email is sent to you from Australia Post. Monitor the tracking advice to know when to expect your delivery.

Initial delivery times are estimates and dependent on our third-party suppliers, Australia Post. They are updated during transit and can be monitored through the tracking link emailed to you at the time of dispatch. Factors outside of our control include but are not limited to weather and unforeseeable circumstances - may cause delays to expected delivery times.
