- Orders placed before 8am Australian Eastern Standard Time are shipped on the same business day, otherwise the following business day.
- Free Standard shipping on orders above $200 (AUD)
- Express shipping is an additional $15
- We ship with Australia Post and International Express.
- Our prices include delivery within Australia.
- Most other International orders are 30 to 40 $AUD per order. This does not cover any duties, fees and taxes charged by country of destination.

- Outback Traders always work with suppliers who guarantee their products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. 
- We have a process whereby we organise the replacement, repair or credit of items where the fault is deemed to be a direct result of a manufacturing fault or materials defect. 
- Note that this, however, is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear and nor does it apply to any product that has been damaged by misuse, accident, modification or unauthorized repair.
- If the product is new then action will be taken immediately. If the product is worn then we will need to assess first.
- Please arrange prior authorisation for returns. All returns (and especially boots) must be returned clean free of dirt and dust.
