Shipping policy
Within Australia
- Standard shipping is $15, and free on orders of $200 or more.
- Express Post is $25.
- A few items ship at their own flat rate and aren't included in free shipping or counted towards the $200: Stetson and Sunbody hats $20, Tacchino and American Hat Co. hats $45 (insured), and swags $50. Their product pages say so.
We ship with Australia Post from our Ringwood showroom, usually within 1–2 business days. We dispatch on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, not on Tuesdays or Victorian public holidays.
Parcels need a signature. For Authority to Leave, add a note to your order, message us, or change it from Australia Post's tracking email. We email a tracking link when your order ships. Delivery times are Australia Post's estimates and can be delayed by weather or other things outside our control.
International
- New Zealand, New Caledonia and Papua New Guinea: $30
- United States, Canada and the U.S. Outlying Islands: $45
- United Kingdom: $50
- Stetson and Sunbody hats: $45; Tacchino and American Hat Co. hats: $75. These hats also ship to China and Japan.
- Swags ship within Australia only
International orders take about 6 to 27 business days.
Import duties and taxes aren't collected at checkout. Your country's customs may charge them on delivery, and they're yours to pay. For US orders, U.S. Customs sets them and they can change.
All prices include GST.
