When shopping with us on this website to access our Iconic Brands through our online services you are agreeing to Outback Traders Australia Terms of Service. We are not a set and forget business where we forget that you're all out there and therefore we may need to make changes to this page from time to time so you should check back regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.


Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website.

This Website also contains links to other websites, which are not operated by Outback Traders (the “Linked Sites”). Outback Traders has no control over the Linked Sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Your use of the Linked Sites will be subject to the terms of use and service contained within each such site.

TERMS OF SALE

When you place an order for any of our hats or boots on our website you are offering to purchase the goods and are therefore subject and committed to the following terms and conditions. All orders with Outback Traders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

To buy any of our hats or boots you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Outback Traders retains the right to refuse any order made by you.

When placing an order with Outback Traders you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

We dispatch our orders closest to the nest working day or at times in response to, which may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times may be subject to any delays resulting from postal delays which we will not be responsible.

1) The Sales Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and our billing agent has debited your credit or debit card.

1) Refunds and Returns

Returns: We are more than happy to help if you have changed your mind but only on full price items that have definitely not been worn. For a change of mind returns, all full price goods must be unworn and in its original condition and then it can be mailed back to Outback Traders Australia. Should you wish to return your Online order by mail we ask that you please enclose your receipt and goods along with this form –need to do a form within 14 days so we can get this happening for you. (Australian customers only). 

PROHIBITIONS

Please do not misuse our Website. Therefore you will not engage or encourage any criminal offense of a digital of otherwise nature that would transmit any malicious or technologically harmful, either distribute a virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb, hack into any aspect of the Service; corrupt data.

You will not engage in posting any other material which is in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene nor cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person’s proprietary rights. We prohibit the use of any unsolicited advertising or promotional material, commonly referred to as “spam”; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this Website through the email portal. Outback Traders will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them.

Outback Traders will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, any such viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

We also forbid the use of automated systems or software to extract data from this Website for commercial purposes, (‘screen scraping’) is prohibited without a license.

All such rights are reserved by Outback Traders and its licensors. We do permit personal use only that you may store, print and display the content but we do ask that you do not publish, change in any way, distribute or otherwise take our ideas for your own purposes that are in any format. We reserve the right to ask you not to use our intellectual property for any business or commercial enterprise. Use your imagination, the world is big enough for all of us..!

No Permission shall be given to disassemble or create derivative works, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, based on any software or accompanying documentation supplied by Outback Traders or its licensors.

Just a reminder about our logo and brand assets, they are native to our company and therefore we do not give any permission to remake the logo, copy it, use it for any purpose without our written permission.

Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions

The Outback Traders Australia mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Fine Nature PL (“Outback Traders Australia”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Outback Traders Australia SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Outback Traders Australia through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Outback Traders Australia. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Click the unsubscribe link in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Outback Traders Australia mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honouring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
