- We have a process whereby we organise the replacement, repair or credit of items where the fault is deemed to be a direct result of a manufacturing fault or materials defect. 
- Note that this, however, is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear and nor does it apply to any product that has been damaged by misuse, accident, modification or unauthorized repair.
- If the product is new then action will be taken immediately. If the product is worn then we will need to assess first.
- Please arrange prior authorisation for returns. All returns (and especially boots) must be returned clean free of dirt and dust.
