I'm not a cowboy. I am just an imposter. But I do like these boots. They are made in Mexico who obviously have a long tradition of making genuine, quality cowboy boots since the Old West. The leather is of fine quality, the stitching in both the upper boot and soles are sound and the decorative leather work is very stylish. It is everything I was looking for in a cowboy boot. I liked them so much, I immediately went out and bought another pair of Corrals in a different colour/style. Yes, there are cheaper cowboy boots around (not that they are prohibitively expensive), but when you buy these, the quality will be remembered long after the price. As I previously stated, I am an imposter. I don't ride horses very often as my last one died and fell out from under me (Inever did get backbin the saddle). So, immediately, I did go and get my cobbler to glue protective rubber on the leather soles, adding extra grip and longevity for walking, as I dont need my boot to slide freely out of stirrups. I could go on , but to spare anyone reading this, I won't. I will just finish by saying (writing?) , I like these boots.
